Steps to setting and keeping New Year’s resolutions

December 28, 2013
1.  Set a clear goal. BIG and specific.
2.  Get crystal clear. How does it look and feel, who else is impacted when you accomplish the goal?
3.  Write it down and tell others about it.
4.  Choose 2 things you will track each day. Yep just 2.
5.  Make it a game. Track those 2 task on a game board of some type. (We all love getting gold stars.)
6.  Keep going, it only takes 66 days to get a new habit to stick!

Keep the motivation coming: “People often say that motivation doesn’t last. Well, neither does bathing – that’s why we recommend it daily.”
