Steps to setting and keeping New Year’s resolutions

1.  Set a clear goal. BIG and specific. 
2.  Get crystal clear. How does it look and feel, who else is impacted when you accomplish the goal?
3.  Write it down and tell others about it.
4.  Choose 2 things you will track each day. Yep just 2.
5.  Make it a game. Track those 2 task on a game board of some type. (We all love getting gold stars.)
6.  Keep going, it only takes 66 days to get a new habit to stick!
